SERVE DAY

Each Fall and Spring Horizon Christian High School conducts an official Serve Day in which students, parents and staff members from HCHS go out into the community to serve. Organizations include: Camp Howard, Northwest Children's Outreach, and Muscular Dystrophy Association.  Our goal is to help the students and the community at HCHS experience what it's like to serve in their own community and organizations.

COURT OF HEARTS

This court consists of students who have shown their commitment, dedication, service and hearts for their community as well as for their school.

As the Court of Hearts grows- so will their service! This picture was taken after an evening of service at Medical Teams International. They worked from 9:30pm- midnight as the clean-up crew for their annual auction.

CHAPEL

Our goal at Horizon Christian High School is to help the students of HCHS fall in love with Jesus and to go out and be leaders in Christ amongst their friends, families, sport teams and other spheres of influence.

Every Thursday morning from 9:40a.m. - 10:40a.m., students at HCHS have an hour set aside from their regular class schedule to hear a message about Jesus, sing and worship with a student led worship band. There may be weeks when we even have special speakers come in to talk with the students.

We encourage parents to attend chapel. No prior arrangements are needed.

CLUBS

Club activities at Horizon Christian include:  Spirit Club, DECA, Journalism Club, Photography Club, iCare Club, Chapel Team Club, Spanish Club, Science Club, Drama Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the National Honor Society.
