Horizon Christian Schools are committed to the teachers as the foundation of our academic programs.

Our objective is that teachers are:

To encourage one another in Christian growth and service (Heb 10:24) that models God’s commandments (Jn 14:15).
To have a student first, rather than a subject first, orientation.
To receive benefits that meet their basic needs.
To experience a classroom environment that is enjoyable for staff and students.
To continue professional development, either formally or informally.
To create an environment in which each student, regardless of grade, age or intellect, is encouraged to grow in knowledge and understanding.
